Registration

You can register by sending a mail to indicating whether you want to take part to the social activities.

The registration fee is 100 €. It includes participation in the workshop, coffee breaks, and lunches. It does not cover the social activities (dinners and visit), or the accommodation.

The registration fee must be sent by bank transfer to the following account:

At the workshop, all participants will get a receipt confirming their participation and the payment of the fee.

If you absolutely need an invoice, please request it by sending a mail to as soon as possible. Include the IBAN, SWIFT, and VAT numbers of your institution. We will not be able to create an invoice without these data.
Furthermore, in such a case, please do not pay prior to receiving the invoice and use the exactcommunication mentioned on it.

Social activities

Dinners

An extra fee of 50 € is requested for each social dinner (Thursday 22 or Friday 23 August).

Visit

An extra fee of 100 € is requested for the visit that will be organized in Brussels on the Friday 23 August afternoon.
